Hello, I tried to create a buy-offer for DEP-Market. There is enough money earned and offer was not created. It says: Failed to create offer! Account is under suspension.

I don't understand why, because i didn't do anything negative!
Pls, help!

Do not use proxies. One was detected via US. This is against the terms.

You can check your account health under account page.

Hi,
i found out that my internet provider uses proxies / vpn. I didn't understand and still don't understand what is happening because i am just checking my earnings online because i have deeds. i dont even do offers ...

So, is there any test / idea how i can solve my problem beside changing internet provider?
Thank you for listing the locations, where proxies are discovered. Could u please offer more data? Like Date, time or the browser which is used so that i can explore where the problem is caused on my side ...

If your ISP is the problem, there is nothing you/we can do. In your case, because you do not use the service at all, except for holding deeds, please contact us when you wish to withdraw.

You can check the "health" of your IP (provided by your ISP) online. There are hundreds of IP watchdogs out there. Use whatismyip.com to find your IP.

Most of such cases we encounter here everyday are not bad; many are not even aware; most are innocent/ignorant. Very very few people adopt bad practices to earn few dollars. A genuine honest dialog is a quick solution. Join us on discord. Thumbs Up
