If i may make a recommendation then i'd go for basic sheet metal. Resources goin in there are expensive but sheet metal goes for about 140% MU. Furthermore the metallurgy skills you get from crafting will greatly help your mining skills!

I've been asked in game what blueprints other than basic sheet metal give 'metallurgy' (i.e. mining) skills.
Basic Screws & Basic Bearings do and both are relatively cheap to produce...
