Hello,

I hope it's okay to post here. I completed an offer during website error downtime.
My reward didn't process, but after contacting the offer team they redirected me here saying:

Hello,<br /> <br /> I am sorry to hear that but the reward was successfully added to your account from our end. You need to contact the website/app (in your case, EP Linden) regarding this. You can also share txid=100513738889 with them as a reference to help them find your participation more quickly and add the missing reward.
