Hello,

every time I do a CPA offer, I'll try to start a post about the best strategy to minimize the time it takes to do what is required in order to get paid. Well, I'll do that only if I get good feedback.

I don't know if the requirements change from time to time, so, I'll be specific : My mission is to kill the level 10 king. It seems doable in an acceptable amount of time. (I mean, it should take a week or less)

For me, a task that takes hours everyday for a month is not acceptable. Oh, also, IMO, it has to be 100% free.

So, I've made several mistakes, and maybe you won't have to do the same mistakes as me. First, I'll explain briefly how the game works and share what I think is good to do, and then, I'll do a little summary. I'll make it red. I'll then share a little advanced strategy at the end. If you know the game already, my final tip is a kind of a Too Long / Didn't Read section. I'll make the title red.

1.1) The game and how it works

The game is not that hard, but it is a bit boring. Every time you play, you get to "dig" resources in a cave. I don't know if some oldschoolers here know a very ancient game called "Boulder Dash", but it's basically the same thing. Gravity happens, so rocks can fall down, some enemy are moving, some blocks aren't minable.

So, you get some resources, it helps you pass levels and do damages to the king. Really, "dealing damages to the king" is the same as getting some gems. You don't actually fight it. You do have to kill monsters though.

In order to actually win what you've mined, you have to reach a checkpoint. This is important.

It can be difficult to do, because of the main rule of the game : You can't mine forever. You can only mine a limited number of blocks. You can find some bonuses that give you more points though. At first, you'll find loads of them. reaching the first checkpoints is easy.

An other rule : You'll sometime die like a total idiot, being killed by an obvious mob or so. It's OK. It happens.

1.2) The game (not during an actual game. "building" screen. I don't know what to call it)

As  you will pass levels, you can spend points on building some equipment, or put your points on your primary quest. ALWAYS BUILD EQUIPMENTS FIRST ! The game won't tell you clearly that you can spend points on different things. If you don't pay attention, you will just advance in the story and don't build things.
As levels are harder and harder to pass, you absolutely have to spend your first points on the important things. Some will be part of the story (building the forge); but some won't, like BUILDING THE TELEPORTER. It's an important thing to do. I won't list everything, but,

basically : always do the "side-quests" first. (aka building things)

I won't detail the interface when you are not in a game, but it's a bit messy. You'll have to take some time to see what's what. But it's not hard.

1.3) Gold

You will gain gold from multiple things : finishing a "chapter" (building a thing, or advancing the main story), doing some quests (QUEST icon on the right. it's easy, I won't detail it)

At first, it will seem like you shower in gold. It's not true in the long run. You can spend gold on two main things : Buy some bonuses (ice bomb or alchemist bomb), or continue when you've died, in order to reach the checkpoint, and not lose what you've gained.

IMO, you should never spend gold on reviving. You should spend it ALL on bonuses. They can be very useful, and it's most efficient this way. Again, it's in my opinion, based on thousands of gold spent badly.

You can also spend gold at checkpoints, to re-fill your mining points. IMO, don't do this.

2) Summary and more tips

In my opinion, you should stack as much bonuses as possible when you can. This way, you won't be tempted to revive when you die. I try to do this now.

You also should try to build things quickly. In the meantime, don't use your bonuses. It's because, as you'll build things, like the alchemist lab, the science laboratory; killing mobs will get you new currencies. So, in short, wait until you have discovered everything. Then, using your bonuses, spending crystals in the teleporter, and playing your strategy will be more efficient.

Oh, yes, also, build the teleporter as quickly as possible too. This way, in-game quests will give you more rewards too (currency for using the teleporter).

3) In-game strategy

3.1) Bomb+Ghost

The alchemist bomb bonus, in a 5-tile radius (approx.) will change every object in rewards. Like, if there are plenty of boulders, they will become gems.
Also, a certain mob, the ghost, when going through gems, makes them gain a level.

Combining this, you can gather a big load of boulders, and make the ghost go through them. It will get you a load of good level gems : making big damages to the king (remember, you want to kill those kings quickly, that's the whole idea)

3.2) Ice-Bomb is better than reviving

You can't reach the checkpoint that is right there, because you don't have mining points left ? Don't use hundreds of gold, just use an ice bomb. Then, when you reach the checkpoint, you can die on purpose. You will be able to teleport there later. Do it if you have a really big stack of gems.

3.3) Don't hesitate to die, it's not that bad (unlike IRL)

You've just reach your checkpoint with little mining points left ? just go on a mob and die, it's OK. Don't spend gold to buy mining points. it's another useless gold-sink. You'll teleport back here later with full points.

Same thing if you die stupidly... It's OK. Don't spend gold on that just to save  those 100 gems or because you were about the win a quest. You'll do that next time.

3.4) TLDR Combine all this : my final tip

That's why I try to do now. Reach a good depth, and try not to die, using ice-bombs when it's tricky or when you miss some mining points. Try to stack a big bunch of boulders, try to find a ghost, make them all gems, make those gems better and make thousands of damages to the king.

4) The end. I have no title for the rest of the post

I'm not that advanced in the game, I still have some buildings/events to discover.
I think I will take 2-3 weeks to beat this, because of bad decisions i've made.

I really think if you do this right and understand how to spend gold, you can beat this easily.

Enjoy ! Don't hesitate to share your strategy. Maybe mine is horrible ?

Oh... as of today, I don't know if this actually pays, because I've not completed the task... I'll edit this post when I know.

OK, eventually, it did not pay in the end.

And because I took more than 30 days to do it, I'm not able to fill a support case :)

Hours wasted !
