well guys, all i can suggest you is to try to write them as polite as you can, because ppl doesn't love critic and i don't think CF will answer angry support cases.
And "jqkill" gave a good tip - "bother them every day" afcorse don't get to crazy about that. My suggestion, wait 1 weak, if nothing happens, start bumping them. When i got flagged. I waited for 2 weaks. Got tierd of waiting and added information about my ticket. 20min later, got response. Afcorse response wasn't what i waited for, but it got me a bit further with my problem. So, all i can say is be patient and bump then once in a while so they don't forget about you. |

My computer died so I was out of commission for a few weeks...had sent a ticket in wanting to know why i had been dropped to level 1 from level 3....got an automated response to my ticket...got back in today and still no further answer and am still at lvl 1 with no explanation

Just checked my job history and had 3 minor flags from last year previously...which was the only reason i could find to being decreased in levels...yet when checking now it seems 2 of those flags are now gone....but i am still stuck at level 1

Having problems with CF too.
They have removed EVERYTHING from my dashboard. Badges PLUS stats. Good thing I got a screenshot of it all last week. I sent it thier way, but all they said was I need to check if I live up to the requirements for the badges. Which I had circled with a bright red color, to show exactly which numbers I had. But it appears they could not see them. Maybe they are all color blind :) |

I've also been away again for weeks. I came back to level 1 clearance. And where in the hell are my investment tasks, lol?? It seems i have zero level 0 tasks to do. every single task on my spread is level 1. there's even a level 3 i can do which is weird.

I see they are dumping the skill tests and relying only on your badge level for access to tasks. will this add more woe to this problem and/or create more issues.

Cute... So all the indicators visible to me show that I deserve at least level 1. I have high enough test question percentage, I've done enough jobs, I've never had any flags. But there's this magical, ethereal, untangible Expelled Level Indicator, which APPEARS to be to low... And I would have no issue with it if the level of mistakes in the task judging system itself wasn't so absurdly high! How am I supposed to grind back if so many of my RIGHT answers are scored as WRONG?! Many of them with the reason: "...". So the only advice support can give me is: "Keep grinding and try to avoid mistakes". Awesome! The thing is I haven't seen even one level 0 task with test questions for the past 4 days! And how should I avoid mistakes, if most of them are on system's side?! I'm getting pretty fed up with this game... So, here's the advice from support, boys and girls: JUST KEEP GRINDING! Maybe it will fix itself...

Yep, that's how they work. I waited for about weak for them to level me up, and than finaly it happened. Don't know how or why, becouse they haven't answered my ticket, but it happened. And lets talk about broken test questions. Sometimes authors just make tests and don't go through them. Had broken questions like blue colore is purple, clear sky is desert etc. In thoes cases you need to create another of our lovely tickets from the task page itselve. It takes some time, but they ussualy tend to fix them along with your accuracy. Afcorse it won't give you the opportunity to earn from this job if you get expelled from this job because of inaccurate test questions but atleast it will give edge for your accuracy. |

Hi Bur, Unfortunately, proxy infractions cannot be reversed once they are logged in our system and, as a result, there is nothing I can do for you at this time. Thank you for your understanding. Best, Any idears how can i resolv this problem. I did not use any proxy stuff |
