My status says Under suspension since days. The account health it says proxy deceted. But I never used any, I don't know why is this happened. I am the only one who use this computer, and my account. Please help!

Dear Tia,
For years I played the game and really like your site as addition. I got under suspension when I was in China and Philippines as I had to use VPN and sometimes logged in without being aware. Now I am back for more than a month and would sometimes like to use entropiapartners and not using VPN anymore. Could you remove ‘Under Suspension?

hello there, im reaching out after getting back into using entropia partners, only now noticing that my account is suspended and that it was due to a proxy being detected. im pretty sure it was the vpn that i was unaware of that was turned on.

My account name is Phayeesern DemonizePie Vang me been using you site for years and received ped in-game from the gm's on this site. Me have no proxy or VPN because the service requires money me never pay for any sort of VPN. Please remove my account "under suspension" and restore my normal usage of the sites main music radio station and allow me to withdraw like how me use too. Ask the gm's who use to see me in-game for my withdraws me have never broken you website's rules. Me been a regular joe om this site.
