hi Tia,

I just wanted to advise that i have completed the reward from Stars Casino Slots, and on y support page on the CPA offers wall, it shoes they have credited me with 55.28PED, however on the EP transaction list its only showing a credit of 34.56PED. I have kept screenshots that I can give you if needed.

Can you advise if and how this can be rectified?

You need to open a case with CPA.  AS Tia stated, there is nothing manually done on this side, they merely accept the payment the provider is crediting to your account as ped.  In this case I would suggest opening a case with CPA, showing the credit on your EP account with that specific Offer reward ID does not match what you should have received.

We do not do it manually. Whatever transaction advice we get from these offers, we credit here to your EP account.

Thats fine, I do understand that

How can I go about getting this fixed? as the amount they have credited is definitely 55.28 but EP has only credited 34.56
